Payments & Cancellations

Project Bookings & Payments

All work with C-THAT STUDIO is delivered on a project-by-project basis.

Each project is scoped, quoted, and agreed individually before work begins.

Deposits

A deposit is typically required to secure a booking and confirm a project.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover:

  • Project planning and preparation

  • Time allocation and scheduling

  • Initial creative development

Payments

Payment structures vary depending on the scale and nature of the project and may include staged payments.

Work will not begin until an agreed payment has been received.

We reserve the right to pause, reschedule, or withhold delivery if payment terms are not met.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled by the client, C-THAT STUDIO reserves the right to charge for:

  • Work already completed

  • Time allocated to the project

  • Materials purchased or prepared

  • Any non-recoverable costs

Where possible, we will aim to accommodate rescheduling, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to bookings

Changes to confirmed projects — including scope, timing, or location — may affect:

  • Project cost

  • Delivery timelines

  • Resource allocation

Any changes will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, refunds are not typically offered once a project has begun.

Each project is considered individually, and any exceptions are made at the discretion of C-THAT

Project Agreements

For most commissioned work, a separate project agreement or contract will be issued.

Where this applies, that agreement will outline full payment terms, cancellation terms, and project-specific conditions, and will take precedence over this page.
