No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Working with us

All work is carried out on a project-by-project basis.

Scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and usage rights are agreed before work begins.

For commissioned work, a separate written agreement or contract will typically be issued.
Where this applies, that agreement overrides these Terms & Conditions in the event of any conflict.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

Quotes & Scope

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time.

Any changes to the brief, site conditions, access, timeline, or deliverables may result in revised pricing and timelines.

Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw a quote where necessary.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed per project and may include deposits, staged payments, or full payment upfront.

Work will not begin until an agreed payment has been received.

We reserve the right to:

  • pause work

  • withhold delivery

  • or reschedule

if payment terms are not met.

Late payments may result in additional charges where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information

  • securing permissions (where applicable)

  • ensuring safe and suitable access to the site

  • confirming approvals within agreed timeframes

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and costs.

Changes & Cancellations

Any requested changes after agreement may:

  • incur additional costs

  • extend project timelines

If a project is cancelled, C-THAT STUDIO reserves the right to charge for:

  • work already completed

  • time allocated

  • materials purchased

  • and any non-recoverable costs

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Creative Rights & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All creative work, designs, concepts, and artwork remain the intellectual property of C-THAT STUDIO and/or the relevant artist(s).

Clients are granted limited usage rights only as agreed within each project.

Any additional usage — including:

  • advertising

  • commercial campaigns

  • reproduction

  • resale

  • media or broadcast use

must be agreed separately in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

We reserve the right to:

  • document

  • publish

  • and promote completed work

for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Project Delivery & External Factors

We aim to deliver all work to a high professional standard and within agreed timeframes.

However, we are not responsible for delays or changes caused by factors outside our control, including:

  • weather conditions

  • site readiness or restrictions

  • third-party delays

  • access limitations

  • material availability

Where such issues arise, timelines and costs may be adjusted accordingly.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

C-THAT STUDIO shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • loss of profit or revenue

  • loss arising from delays outside our control

  • third-party actions or failures

Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant project.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Use of Artwork & Public Installations

Where work is installed in public or shared spaces, we are not responsible for:

  • damage caused after completion

  • vandalism or environmental wear

  • alterations made by third parties

Maintenance and protection of the artwork becomes the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
